Dosage:

Adults: In general, 1 tablet to be dissolved in the mouth 3 times daily. In acute cases, initially 1 tablet every 15 minutes (for a period of up to 2 hours).

Composition:

1 tablet cont.: Apis mellifica D4, Arnica montana, radix D4, Echinacea purpurea D2, Phytolacca decandra D4, 30 mg each; Hepar sulphuris calcareum D6, Dulcamara D4, Belladonna D4, 60 mg each.

Indications:

Angina tonsillaris; lacunar angina.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to one of the active ingredients or excipients or to botanicals of the Compositae family. As a general principle, based on possible immunological reactions after the intake of Echinacea, avoid in cases of progressive systemic disorders such as tuberculosis, leukocytosis, collagen vascular diseases, multiple sclerosis, HIV infection, full-blown AIDS and other autoimmune disorders.

Side effects:

In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions may occur. Skin rashes and itching have been observed after use of Echinacea products. In rare cases, facial edema, respiratory distress, dizziness, and hypotension have also been noted.
