There are two ways to order products from our clinic store:

1. You can call us at (416) 913 4325 to place your order.

2. Complete the form on the right side of this page with your name, telephone number and check the "Contact Me" box before you click the "Send" button. We will contact you by phone to help you purchase our products.

How to pick up your products

You may come to our clinic once you have called us with your order to pick up their supplements.Alternatively, we can ship your order. (Standard shipping charges do apply)

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM and Saturday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please give us a call in advance so that we can have your products ready when you come by.

Our practice is located at the Davisville Medical Center, just south of Davisville on Yonge, we are accessible through subway, just a minute away from the Davisville subway stop on the south side on Yonge street.
We are Wheel chair accesible. Public parking is available at the back of the building.
